Bespoke Watercolor Portraits
Portraits speak to me in a way a lot of other paintings do not- there is something about depicting people as they are with all of their humanity- when you see a painting of a person, you can feel a certain presence there, a shared experience. I think we can feel an emotional truth from them, and it's something i've always chased with my work.
My studio fine art portrait work has an emphasis on depicting light. Watercolors are my medium of choice for this type of portraiture. I can make paintings that are stylized or realistic depending on what my clients are going for.
With Blush Bloom Studio, the majority of my clients want paintings featuring their wedding, but I can paint anyone and anything.
