Non-traditional Ceremonies Welcome.
Whether it be a commitment ceremony, a handfasting, or any other type of cultural, alternative or non-traditional ceremony, I'd love to celebrate your love.

You are welcome to reserve a hotel room in your city if you are in the inner circle area, but it is never a requirement for booking.
The farther out the venue, the more a hotel room is appreciated. Venues in NWA and surrounding areas are local and hotels are not needed.

Travel to the rest of the US requires a three night hotel minimum. You'll need to get the night before your wedding, the night of your wedding, and the night after your wedding. This is because the extra night will allow me to complete your painting in your city, as soon as possible after your wedding without requiring complex logistics to ship it back to you.
If you prefer to book my flight + hotel yourself, that is fine by me. If you'd rather I book them, I will add a $450 hotel fee to your retainer. For the flights, we will discuss pricing on a case by case basis as different cities are dramatically cheaper or more expensive depending on the distance of travel needed.

International Weddings

Travel outside the US requires a five night hotel minimum. You'll need to get the night before your wedding, the night of your wedding, and three nights after your wedding. This is because the extra time will allow me to complete your painting in your city, as soon as possible after your wedding without requiring complex logistics to ship it back to you.
If you prefer to book my flight + hotel yourself, that is fine by me. If you'd rather I book them, I will add a $450 hotel fee to your retainer. For the flights, we will discuss pricing on a case by case basis as different cities are dramatically cheaper or more expensive depending on the distance of travel needed.
Add an additional person to your painting for $140 each. Note that canvas sizes correlate to how many people can be added. A La Prima packages can support 4 people total. Plein Air packages can support 6 people, and Ultimate packages can support 8 people.
Note that if a person who has passed away is requested to be added, the artist will need good photos of them to work from, and a person who could act as a body double for them at the wedding to pose. It is a huge honor to be trusted with your loved one's likeness and I take it seriously. I will make every effort to work with photo references, but the outcome is heavily reliant on your reference material.
Adding additional people will make your painting take longer to complete, so if you choose this option, your painting may not be finished on the night of your wedding.
Note that if you want your painting to feel iconic, adding additional people may not be the right choice for you. Each additional person will draw focus from you as a couple.

Add your fluffy, feathered or scaled friends to your painting for $70 per pet. For the end result to be good, I will need you to provide photos of your pet from head-on angles. Please note that adding pets will slow the painting process, so if you choose this option your painting may not be completed at the end of the night.
Add a pet
Add an additional painting to your wedding day. Floral bouquet paintings are fast, loose, and expressive. They are a great touch for those who want their guests to be entertained even when they are taking their seats for the ceremony, or if the moment you choose for your painting will happen later on in the night.
Floral bouquet paintings start at $300 for a 16×16″ painting. I will need to see the bouquet about 2-3 hours before the guests begin arriving, and give it it’s own special photo shoot. You’ll have it back after about 5 minutes.
